A mermaid.
A version of a character from a DnD game. Her colour scheme of blues and purples are based off of exotic fish, and the wild degree of pigment in her hair and skin is due to both age and what available food sources are about. Same with the pearls in her skin, it's build up of minerals from times of abundance of food.
Later gameplay version actually has her with legs so she can join the Dnd squad on adventures.
